Terms and Conditions
Any damages must be noted on the delivery note and put in writing to Optimum Supplies within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. Delivery notes signed ‘unchecked’ will not be accepted should goods be faulty/ damaged. Failure to adhere to this will result in Optimum Supplies taking no responsibility for charges being incurred for replacements.
When taking delivery of visual aid equipment if items are signed for in good condition no claim can be made to Optimum Supplies. We suggest that all visual aids delivered should be signed for unchecked or damaged on every occasion.
Payment terms are 30 days net all prices are subject to V.A.T at the rate of 17.5% or at the prevailing rate at the time of dispatch. The minimum order value for free delivery is £500 excluding vat, any orders under this value will attract a small order surcharge of £25.00.
All goods remain the property of Optimum Supplies until full payment of the appropriate invoice is received. We reserve the right to gain access to your property to remove our goods should payment not be made in full.
All prices are exclusive of vat at the current rate, The Company reserves the right to amend prices and conditions of sales without prior notice. When goods are ordered in error, please contact us as soon as possible. If we are not contacted within 3 days of the date of order a small surcharge will be made. Some products are made to order and are non returnable.
Deliveries to Mainland UK only.
All deliveries not accepted without notification are subject to an aborted delivery charge of £100. Whilst reasonable care has been taken to reproduce accurate representation of product colours and finishes in this publication, the colour and finishes of products supplied may differ from these representations. All goods remain the property of Optimum Supplies until payment is made in full.
Unless stated all prices quoted do not include assembly or installation.
Deliveries are made to ground floor pavement level.
Deliveries above Glasgow and Edinburgh may be subject to carriage surcharge. We do not export products outside mainland UK.
Failed deliveries may incur charges.
All goods must be checked on delivery.
Goods found to be unsuitable cannot be returned and no credit will be given.
Goods are not supplied on a ‘sale or return’ basis.
Goods are non-returnable unless faulty or are a loan sample.
Samples are loaned free of charge for two weeks only, after this time the goods will be invoiced.
During the Summer time lead times will be extended. If your school is not open for deliveries during summer holidays, please state when ordering. Ideally orders should be placed by 30th June to avoid delays – ensuring colour, sizes & heights are not omitted.
