Customer and General Information.

New Accounts
For fully Government-funded organisations, Local Authorities, Schools, Academies, Colleges and Universities we can open an immediate account for payment in 30 days of invoice date.

For all Schools and Educational/Government Establishments, NHS & Local Authorities we can accept your order with an official order number.

Optimum Supplies is an Educational Establishments, the public sector and other businesses supplier. We are unable to sell our products to private individuals. Sorry!

For online orders we also accept all major credit & debit cards through our secure server.

We also accept payments through Google Checkout & PayPal.

Lead Times / Delivery Information.

During the manufacturing of your order our customer support team will be able to give you a status report if required. As we approach your delivery date we will call you to confirm delivery times. Some Items are 'made to order' and the average lead time is up to 28 days/ 4 Weeks. During the summer months, due to increased demands the normal lead times maybe extended on made to order items. PLEASE DO NOT DISPOSE OF YOUR OLD FURNITURE UNTIL WE CONFIRM THE DELIVERY DATE OF YOUR NEW ITEMS.

For orders placed during the school holidays, please ensure that all contact numbers are provided on your order, eg. site manager / caretakers mobile number. Optimum Supplies cannot deliver if we are unable to contact a key holder to guarantee access to the school. Should we arrive on the delivery date arranged and cannot gain access we will charge an aborted delivery fee of £100.00

All orders over £500 excluding VAT are delivered FREE on the UK mainland. For orders under £500 excluding VAT we make a nominal delivery/small order surcharge of £25.00, unless a prior agreement has been made. We may part-deliver your order. Ground floor deliveries only. Guarantees
All our products have a structural guarantee for a year in normal use, and some products have a longer guarantee (shown). Any items returned as not required will be subject to a 35% handiling charge unless damaged.

Made-to-Order Items
Many products are manufactured specifically for a customer's order. These are stated made to 'order' in the product description. We can only accept these goods back if they are faulty.

Fabric Colours
Due to variations in monitor settings, colours may differ from the actual fabric, if in doubt please request a fabric sample by calling 0844 357 3985. We will send you a fabric swatch(es).

Website Prices / 2009 Catalogue Prices
All prices shown exclude VAT, are correct at date of printing and are valid until 31st May 2010. Whilst we will endeavour to maintain catalogue prices, if there are excessive raw material cost increases beyond our control, we may need to review certain prices.
