We put together the Tender utilising data supplied by the client, and also obtaining data, quotations, design briefs, specifications and assist in the bid scoring system.
Costs
The structure for tendering the bid means that the client has available to them all the necessary infrastructure for the provision of that bid. We are conversant with the well-being rulings and feel that our service falls within those rulings. We are aware of the stringent regulations that we would need to operate within, and therefore from the offset everything relating to that bid tender will be transparent for the scrutiny of the client. We will create the suppliers tender and specification for those specialised areas within the schemes. However, products already tendered and contracted for through existing and or new supply chains will be incorporated within the Bid Tender. If we can offer an alternative product the decision will be at the client’s discretion if this tendered price is accepted. For specialist products which fall outside of the clients supply, we will validate and initialise such a supplier.

Modern production facility and office accommodation consisting of 2 stories, which includes a Board Room, 2 x Meeting Rooms, designated design/cad office and associated offices to support project management and estimating, designated sales office, including show room facilities which can be utilised as and when required to exhibit furniture footprints and job specific mock-ups.
